Befriender

• Your befriender is an adult we have trained who is giving their time, unpaid, to help you.
• Your befriender will meet you once a week, collecting you from your home or maybe from school.
• Your befriender will listen if you want to talk about anything and help you try new activities that interest you.
• After about 6 sessions we’ll check how the meetings have gone and decide what happens next.
