  • We reserve the right to terminate volunteer involvement where there is a breach of these policies.

  • Volunteer activities may be subject to background checks, including DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance.

  • Bexley Moorings Project is committed to protecting children, young people, and vulnerable adults.

  • We follow the statutory guidance outlined in Working Together to Safeguard Children and maintain up-to-date safeguarding procedures.

  • Any safeguarding concerns may be shared with appropriate authorities, as required by law.

  • Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances and must be requested within 14 days.
