Become A Volunteer
Can you spare a few hours a week to make a difference for vulnerable children and young people?
From one-to one befriending to group work and office roles, volunteers make a huge contribution to our work whilst improving their skills, meeting new people and having fun!
What do I need to support a young person with the moorings project?
No specific qualifications are required, but you must be over 18.
We welcome people from all walks of life, but you must be non-judgemental, empathetic and understanding Volunteers need to attend free training to develop these key skills.
Training will be provided and you will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
You will also need to be able to commit to the project for a minimum of 6 months
